Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days upon receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that as at the time of purchase – i.e., unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging with the original receipt/proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact parts@openroadlexus.ca. If the item is eligible, and approved, to return, the customer must pay for shipping back to the dealership. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact the Parts Department if there is any damage to the item(s), if the purchase is defective or if the purchase includes items in error. The issue will be evaluated in earnest and items will either be replaced or rectified as needed.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned; e.g., hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. Please contact OpenRoad Lexus Port Moody, Parts Department, with any questions related to items of this nature.

Items purchased at a discount or with a gift card will be final sale items and not eligible for return or store credit.

The purchase of electrical items will be a final sale.

A general restocking fee in the amount of 15% of the purchase price will be will be charged for returns and the customer must pay for any required shipping.

 

Exchanges

It is advised that customers seeking to exchange a purchase return the item(s) and make a separate purchase for the item.

 

Refunds

To initiate a return, contact parts@openroadlexus.ca. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Orders from the U.S. are final sale.

You will be notified once your return is received and inspected. After inspection, you will be notified if the returned item(s) is eligible for a refund and if a refund is approved. If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on via the original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
